Fall is a time of migrations here in southern Rhode Island.. butterflies, fish and birds. In the attached pictures, a Yellow Rump Warbler has its own Thanksgiving feast of poison ivy berries on a lovely crisp, clear, fall day just outside the Inn. We’re on the Atlantic flyway and the vegetated barrier beach, stretching out to the east from the Inn, is a great place to spot migrating song birds due to an abundance of seeds and berries. Come join us on an outing.. it’s beautiful year-round!
